This new is very similar to the leg plug used on Bountiful Baby newborn-sized kits Avery, Paisley, Ember, Tanner etc.
It is also used as the head plug for the Denise Pratt triplet preemies Taite, Teagan, and Tayla and the leg plug used by Josie, Paige, and Josie (all by Tasha Edenholm).

They will also fit many other doll kits.

The diameter of the leg plugs is 35mm ..See images.
